Chief Executive Officer and President
Douglas W. Campbell Jr. has served as Chief Executive Officer & President since October 2023. He joined the Company as President in October 2022. Prior to joining Car-Mart, Mr. Campbell served as Senior Vice President and Head of Fleet Services for the Americas for Avis Budget Group.
Chief Operating Officer
Jamie Fischer was named Chief Operations Officer for the Company in October 2024. Before joining Car-Mart, Ms. Fischer served as Head of Operations at DriveTime. At DriveTime, she also held other leadership roles in inventory, retail service, fleet operations, and logistics. In 2021, AutoRemarketing named her to the Women in Retail list.
Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan Collins Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Collins has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since May 2025. Prior to joining Car-Mart, Mr. Collins was CFO of Walmart Africa, where he oversaw financial operations across eight countries. He previously held senior finance roles at Walmart in the U.S., Canada, India, and South Africa. Before Walmart, he worked as a management consultant at KPMG and earlier in his career as a software developer at Alltel Information Systems.
